Outcome of Board Meeting

Arvind Fashions Limited announced the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, approved at its Board meeting on July 21, 2026. Revenue from operations was ₹135.81 crore, up from ₹118.22 crore in the same quarter last year but down from ₹178.32 crore in the preceding quarter. Total income, expenses and profit figures were disclosed alongside limited review reports from Deloitte Haskins & Sells. The results were accompanied by a press release and investor presentation for Q1 FY27. No dividend, buyback or other corporate actions were declared.
