We have reviewed the accompanying statement of unaudited standalone financial results of Atlanta Electricals Limited (*Company") for the quarter and 30™June, 2025(hereinafter referred to as the “the statement” and initialed for the purpose of identification), being submitted by the Company pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015, as amended (“Listing Regulations”). 2.
