PRESS RELEASE
Arvind Fashions delivers strong revenue growth of 15.5%, EBITDA% of 12.5% (44 bps
increase Y-o-Y)
Bengaluru, July 21st, 2026: Arvind Fashions Limited (AFL), India’s No.1 casual and denim player, has declared its
financial results for the first quarter of FY27 ended June 30, 2026.
Key Highlights for Q1 FY27
• Growth momentum continues in Q1. Revenue grew by ~15.5% to Rs. 1,279 Crs compared to Rs. 1,107 Crs in
Q1 FY26 aided by higher marketing investments.
• Focus on direct channels resulted in a strong L2L of 11.6% and an online B2C growth of ~38%. Direct channel
contributed to 62% of the company’s revenue.
Gross margin expansion of 90 bps to 56.7% aided by higher full price sell-through & lower discounting
• EBITDA (excluding other income) grew by ~19.6% to Rs. 160 Crs compared to Rs. 133 Crs in Q1 FY26. EBITDA
margin improved by ~44 bps to 12.5%
• PAT stood at 10 Crs compared to 13 Crs in Q1FY26. PAT has seen a marginal dip due to lower other income as
compared to Q1 FY26.
• Inventory freshness is at all-time high, and NWC days remained stable at 65 days.
Commenting on the performance of the company, Ms. Amisha Jain, MD & CEO said “We have begun the year
with a strong operating performance, delivering revenue growth of 15.5% and EBITDA growth of 19.6%. This
performance is particularly noteworthy given the inflationary environment shaped by the West Asia conflict,
higher petroleum prices, elevated forex rates and minimum wage increases across several states, and reflects
the resilience of our brand portfolio and the discipline of our operating model. Our working capital remained
healthy at 65 days, supported by improved inventory freshness over last year. As we look ahead, our focus
remains on accelerating profitable growth across our marquee brands, deepening consumer engagement
through increased brand investments, and increasing the share of our direct channels.”.
Looking ahead, our focus remains on accelerating growth across retail and B2C channels while keeping an eye
on the impact of war. We have prepared ourselves with mitigation measures to protect our performance.
