On Consolidated basis, For the quarter ended June 2026, Revenue from Continuing operations came
at z 3,207.6 crore up 28.3%, as against z 2,500.1 crore in corresponding quarter and up by 8.1 % as
against 2,968.2 crore in sequential quarter. Consolidated Net Profit After Tax before exceptional item
from continuing operations for quarter ended June 2026 came at z 385.9 crore up by 26.8% as against
304.4 crore in corresponding quarter and up by 20.4% as against 320.5 crore in the Sequential
quarter. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter ended June 2026 is at 35.08 as against 33.59 in
corresponding quarter and 29.13 in sequential quarter.
The corresponding quarter of the previous year included a one-time gain arising from the divestment
of the RED business, as well as an exceptional gain from the sale of land and building. Consolidated
Net Profit after tax including exceptional items and discontinued operations came at 385.9 crore as
against 1,397.1 crore in corresponding quarter and as against 320.5 crore in sequential quarter.
Commenting on the results, management said: "We are pleased to deliver our best-ever Q 1

income. Despite commodity inflation pressures, our focused cost management and operational

SEGMENT WISE PERFORMANCE
Agri Machinery Products
For the quarter ended June 2026, Tractors volumes came at 36,862 units up by 20.5% as against
30,581 units in corresponding quarter and up by 14.3% as against 32,257 units in sequential quarter.
In domestic tractor market volumes were up by 22.9% against 18.6% in Industry leading to some
market share gain. Segment revenue came at z 2,766.5 crore in quarter ended June 2026 up by 26.8%
as against 2,181.5 crore in corresponding quarter and up by 15.5% as against 2,395.7 crore in
sequential quarter. EBIT margin for the quarter ended June 2026 came at 10.8% as against 12.6% in
corresponding quarter and 11.3% in sequential quarter.
Construction Equipment
For the quarter ended June 2026, Construction Equipment's sales volume was at 1,344 units up by
27.4% as against 1,055 units in corresponding quarter and as against 1,877 units in sequential
quarter. Segment revenue came at 419 .6 crore in quarter ended June 2026 up by 39 .2% as against
301.5 crore in corresponding quarter and as against 556.5 crore in sequential quarter. EBIT margin
for the quarter ended June 2026 were at 5.4% as against 5.8% in corresponding quarter and 12.7% in
sequential quarter.
The reviewed financial results for the quarter ending June 2026 have been approved by the
