Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI LODR Regulations"), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, i.e August 3, 2026, has approved the following changes in the Senior Management Personnel of the Company: 1. Mr. Sibendu Roy ceases to hold the position of Chief Technology Officer and consequently ceases to be designated as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, with effect from August 2, 2026. He shall, however, continue to be associated with the Company in a different capacity as an employee. Mr. Rituparno Sarkar has been appointed as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Company with effect from August 3, 2026. Pursuant to his appointment as Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Rituparno Sarkar has also been designated as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from August 3, 2026. The details as required under Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are annexed herewith in 'Annexure A'. 2. Ms. Salaria Zaheer ceases to hold the position of Chief Marketing Officer and consequently ceases to be designated as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, with effect from August 2, 2026. She shall, however, continue to be associated with the Company in a different capacity as an employee. Mr. Dishant Kharbanda has been appointed/designated as Chief Innovation Officer and classified as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from August 3, 2026. The details as required under Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are annexed herewith in 'Annexure C'. 4. Ms. Anindita Das shall continue to hold the position of Chief Business Officer of the Company. However, pursuant to the revision in the Company's internal reporting structure, the position of Chief Business Officer shall no longer fall within the definition of "Senior Management" under Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
