(IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means (‘VC/OAVM’) and pursuant to
Regulation 34(1) and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), we are enclosing herewith the copy
of the Annual Report for the Financial year 2025-26 along with the notice of the 39th AGM of the
Company which is being sent through electronic mode to the members whose e-mail addresses
are registered with the Company / Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA)/ Depository Participants
(DPs).
Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a letter
containing the web-link including the exact path from where complete details of the Annual
Report for the financial year 2025-26 can be accessed, is also being sent to those members whose
email addresses are not registered with the Company/ RTA/ DPs.
The Annual Report along with the Notice of the 39th AGM of the Company is also available on
