The Company expects to add 1,490 beds in calendar year 2026, c.46% growth in bed capacity over 2025 capacity of 3,250 beds, single largest addition of beds in any 12-month period. Gurugram, 3rd August 2026: Park Medi World Limited, North India’s 2nd largest hospital chain (“the Company”) (NSE: PARKHOSPS, BSE: 544645) today announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. Q1 FY’27 HIGHLIGHTS ➢ Quarterly Revenue of INR 4,757 mn, growth of 19% YoY ➢ Quarterly EBITDA of INR 1,261 mn, growth of 20% YoY, with EBITDA margin of 26.5%, expansion of 20 bps YoY ➢ Quarterly Net Profit of INR 886 mn, growth of 35% YoY, with Net Profit margin of 18.6%, expansion of 220 bps ➢ Negligible term bank debt of INR 256 mn as of 30th June 2026 ➢ Strong liquidity with INR 2,998 mn in Fixed Deposits. Growth Highlights ➢ Commissioned our largest-ever greenfield hospital in Panchkula (350 beds) on 10th April 2026. ➢ On 25th May 2026, the Company signed a definitive agreement to acquire ‘The Medicity Hospital’ in Rudrapur at a valuation of INR 177 crs. It is the Kumaon region’s largest NABH-accredited hospital. The hospital was commissioned on 2nd August 2026. ➢ On 30th June 2026, our wholly owned subsidiary, Umkal Health Care Private Limited, approved a significant expansion of its existing 225-bed Park Hospital in Palam Vihar, Gurugram, with the addition of 100 new beds under the name ‘Park Platinum’. The Palam Vihar facility is one of the flagship hospitals of the group; in FY’26, it had an occupancy of ~86% and delivered a revenue of ~INR 245 crs. The incremental capacity is expected to be commissioned in November 2026. It will take our consolidated Gurugram capacity to 750 beds. ➢ Today, on 3rd August 2026, the Company signed a definitive agreement to acquire ‘Mehar Hospital’ in Zirakpur at a valuation of INR 107 crs. ‘Mehar Hospital’ is a well-established multi-super speciality institution, with a capacity of 150+ beds, serving Zirakpur and the wider Tricity catchment. This acquisition will further strengthen our roadmap as the largest healthcare network in the Tricity region. The facility is expected to be commissioned in November 2026. ➢ Together with the already commissioned Agra facility with a capacity of 360 beds in February 2026 and the upcoming commissioning of our Febris multi-super-speciality hospital in Narela, Delhi with a capacity of 200 beds, the company expects to commission 1,490 beds in calendar year 2026, marking a capacity addition of c.46% in 2026 over the closing capacity of 3,250 beds in 2025. This is the single largest capacity addition by the company in any 12 month period.
