Dear Sir/Madam, Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 91 and 108 of Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 19th August, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. (IST), through Video Conference (“VC”)/Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”). The Company will provide remote e-voting and e-voting facility to its Shareholders to exercise their voting right to transact the business set out in the Notice convening the AGM for the financial year 2025/26. The Company would be availing e-voting services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). The Remote E-voting facility shall remain open from Sunday, 16th August, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and shall close on Tuesday, 18th August, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (IST). The Company has fixed Wednesday, 12th August, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of Members to cast their votes electronically. Further, the Company has fixed Wednesday, 12th August, 2026 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to dividend, if declared at the AGM, for the financial year 2025/26. Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 13th August, 2026 to Wednesday, 19th August, 2026 (both days inclusive).
