The aforesaid equity shares shall be subject to the provisions of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company and shall rank pari passu from the date of allotment in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company. Post allotment of the aforesaid equity shares the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,96,49,775/- (Rupees eleven crore ninety six lakh forty nine thousand seven hundred and seventy five), divided into 2,39,29,955 (Two crore thirty nine lakh twenty nine thousand nine hundred and fifty five) equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
