Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to bring to your kind notice that the Company has received a Demand Notice (Form
4) under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 demanding payment in respect of unpaid
operational debt of Rs. 2,90,69,041 /- (Rupees Two Crores Ninety Lakhs Sixty-Nine Thousand and
Forty One) only plus interest as applicable to MSME units, from Ushodaya Enterprises, a coal
supplier of the company
The Company is in the process of reviewing the notice in consultation with the legal counsels and
is evaluating the claims raised in the said notice. The Company expects to resolve and settle the
matter amicably within the statutory timelines and does not anticipate any additional material
impact on its operations or the financial position.
Details pertaining to Schedule III of the Listing Regulations are enclosed under ‘Annexure I’
Kindly take the same on record.
