The agenda includes adopting the financial statements for FY2025-26, confirming an interim dividend of ₹15/- and proposing a final dividend of ₹36/- per equity share for the same fiscal year. Additionally, the re-appointment of Dr. Anish Shah as a Non-Executive Director will be considered.
