Accordingly, Thirty Seventh (37th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Indo Count Industries Limited (“the Company”) will be held on Tuesday, 25th August, 2026 at 12:00 Noon (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OVAM) in compliance with aforesaid Circulars and applicable SEBI circulars. In terms of the said circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), the Company has given public notice by way of advertisement in newspapers viz: Indian Express (Pune/Kolhapur Edition) in English language, Kesari (Kolhapur Edition) in Marathi language published today i.e. 1st August, 2026 informing about 37th AGM of the Company and other details as per circulars.
