Dear Sir/Madam,
Apropos the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that
the Company has executed the Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam
Limited ("GUVNL") for development of a Grid Connected Wind Power Project under IPP segment of
the Company, having a contracted capacity of 100 MW.
The PPA has been executed pursuant to the Letter of Intent dated March 30, 2026, issued by GUVNL
under the tariff-based competitive bidding process conducted under GUVNL's Wind Tender Phase X
and subsequent approval from the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (“GERC”) for the tariff
and PPA.
This PPA marks yet another significant milestone for the Company, taking its cumulative IPP portfolio
past 250 MW and reinforcing its position as a trusted long-term partner to India's leading power
utilities in building the nation's renewable energy future.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master
Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed herewith
as Annexure -I.
