Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has issued corporate guarantees totaling INR 474.27 Crores to lenders on behalf of five of its subsidiary companies: Clean Max Theia, Arctic, Fuji, Aero, and Godavari Private Limited. These guarantees secure term loan facilities availed by the subsidiaries, enabling their projects and operations. The company clarifies that these are contingent liabilities for the consolidated group, with no immediate direct impact, and that the transactions are at arm's length without promoter interest.
