Reliance Infrastructure Limited has disclosed the confirmation by the Adjudicating Authority, PMLA, of the provisional attachment of its shareholdings in subsidiaries BSES Yamuna Power Limited, BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, and Mumbai Metro One Private Limited. The attachment amounts to approximately Rs. 1,575 crore, stemming from alleged violations of the PMLA between 2017 and 2019. The company plans to file an appeal to challenge this order.
