Table of Content 1 Q1FY27 Performance Highlights 2 Company Overview 3 Leadership Presence in Marine Chemicals 4 Extending Product Portfolio 5 Unlocking New Frontiers Q1FY27 Performance Highlights Q1FY27 Performance Highlights • Q1FY27 total revenue grew by 11% YoY to Rs. 3,328 million led by improving product mix. • Exports contributed nearly two third of total operating revenue in Q1FY27 and were impacted by west Asia conflict, resulting in higher transit time and elevated freight costs. • Industrial Salt segment revenue for Q1FY27 de-grew by 12% to Rs. 1,713 millions with volumes of 0.98 Million tons as logistic and transportation challenges faced during the quarter as stated earlier Shipments were impacted due to logistics and cost pressures. • Bromine revenues for Q1FY27 grew by 58% on YoY basis to Rs. 1,333 millions with an improving volumes of 4,175 tons, supported by firmer realisations and steadily improving throughput. • Bromine Derivatives (Acume Chemicals) business grew by 28% in Q1FY27 to Rs 296 millions led by organic bromides. The business turned EBITDA-positive at Rs. 19 Mn during the quarter (Q1FY26: Rs. -27 Mn) on improved capacity utilization. The Company launched new products earlier, with additional new products under development on a campaign basis. • SOP (Sulphate of Potash) revenue scaled to Rs. 113 Mn during the quarter and expect to maintain the business momentum. • Idealis Mudchemie (Oren Hydrocarbon) – Continue to focus on operationalizing the plants and certifications are ongoing.
