Zydus Wellness Limited announced the incorporation of Zydus Wellness (EU) Limited, a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary in Ireland, on June 23, 2026. This new entity, established by Zydus Wellness International DMCC, UAE (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zydus Wellness Limited), has a share capital of €100 and is intended for business expansion in the Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements (VMS) industry. ZWEL is yet to commence operations.
