Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd's Risk Management Committee approved issuing corporate guarantees totaling INR 474.27 Crores for term loan facilities availed by five of its subsidiary companies. The company clarified that these transactions are at arm's length, and promoters have no interest in them. These guarantees create a contingent liability for the parent company, facilitating debt funding for its consolidated group subsidiaries.
