Incorporation of step-down wholly owned subsidiary in Ireland

Zydus Wellness Ltd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Zydus Wellness International DMCC (UAE), has incorporated a new step-down wholly-owned subsidiary named Zydus Wellness (EU) Limited in Ireland. The new entity, with an initial share capital of €100, was established on June 23, 2026. Its primary objective is business expansion within the Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) industry in Ireland. ZWEL is yet to commence operations and currently has no turnover.
