The Company has completed the dispatch of physical letter to shareholders pursuant to Reg 36(1)(b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals Ltd. announced the completion of dispatching physical notices for its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the FY 2025-26 Annual Report to shareholders whose email addresses were not registered. The AGM is scheduled for July 14, 2026, through video conferencing. Importantly, the company declared a final dividend of ₹0.40 per equity share (20% of face value) for FY 2025-26, with a record date of July 1, 2026, and payment expected by August 13, 2026.
