Axis Bank Ltd has completed the pricing of its USD 800 million Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) issuance. This includes USD 500 million in Additional Tier 1 notes with a coupon of 6.875% per annum, and USD 300 million in Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes with a coupon of 5.348% per annum maturing in June 2031. The notes are scheduled for issue on June 30, 2026, and will be listed on India INX and NSE IX. This capital raise will enhance the Bank's funding profile and regulatory capital.
