No. ADL/SE/2026-27/24 dated July 18, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Company had submitted an application to the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) seeking revocation of the closure direction issued by it. The GPCB has accepted the said application and has issued a revocation order. thereby permitting the Company to Continue its operations. Along with the revocation order, the GPCB has levied an interim Environmental Damage Compensation (EDC) of Rs. 10,20,000/- as per the “Polluter Pays” Principle, following CPCB’s Environment Compensation regime/guideline as an interim measure. The additional information pursuant to Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations is provided under Annexure A.
