Brief details of Disputes/Claims The Company executed an EPC Project namely "Rehabilitation and upgradation of Sonauli to Gorakhpur Section (Km. 0+000 to Km. 80+000) of NH 29E in Uttar Pradesh to two lane with paved shoulder on EPC mode under NHDP Phase - lV" for Public Works Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Authority for the Project. Certain disputes arose between the Parties during the execution and accordingly, upon invocation of arbitration provision of the Contract Agreement, the aforementioned Arbitral Tribunal (Tribunal) constituted for adjudication of the disputes.
