Appointment

Havells India Limited has announced a change in its directorate, effective June 19, 2026. Mr. Ashish Dhawan will be appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director to the company's board. Concurrently, Mr. Upendra Kumar Sinha and Mr. Jalaj Ashwin Dani will cease to be Independent Directors upon completing their second terms.
