Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on O1 August, 2026, inter alia, considered and took note of the continued vacancy in the office of the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. The Board noted that Ms. Sandhya Yadav, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, had resigned from the services of the Company and her resignation became effective from 1 May 2026. Consequently, the office of the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer has remained vacant with effect from 1 May 2026. The Board further noted that immediately upon the vacancy arising, the management initiated the process of identifying and appointing a suitable qualified Company Secretary in accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, and Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The management has undertaken continuous efforts towards filling the vacancy, including engaging recruitment consultants and professional networks, inviting and scrutinizing applications from eligible candidates, and conducting interviews and evaluating prospective candidates based on their qualifications, experience and suitability for the position. Despite sincere and continuous efforts, the Company has not yet been able to identify a suitable candidate possessing the requisite qualifications, experience and expertise required for the position. Accordingly, the office of the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer continues to remain vacant as on the date of the Board Meeting.
