The Statement has been prepared in accordance with the Companies (lndian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (lnd AS) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other accounting principles generally accepted in lndia. Other Expenses include stores and spares consumed, outward processing charges, power and fuel, packing materials consumed, product development expenses etc. The Company is principally engaged in the manufacture of castings, which constitutes its only reportable segment. Power generated by the Company's wind turbine Senerators is consumed captively in its manufacturing operations.
