Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading)
Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating,

shall re-open after 48 hours from the announcement of the audited financial results
(standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2026.
