INOX India Ltd announced the successful conclusion of its 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 23, 2026, through Video Conferencing. All five resolutions presented at the AGM were passed with the requisite majority by the shareholders. These resolutions included the adoption of audited financial statements for FY2026, declaration of dividend, reappointment of Mr. Pavan Jain as a Director, approval of related party transactions, and ratification of the cost auditors' remuneration.
