The Interest and Redemption Amount is due for payment on August 2, 2026. However, since the said date falls on a non-business day, the payment has been made on July 31, 2026, being the immediately preceding business day, in accordance with the terms of issue, debenture trust deed and applicable regulatory requirements. We further inform that the Company has duly intimated the debenture holders regarding the aforesaid payment and confirmed the remittance of the Interest and Redemption Amount on July 31, 2026 at 18:26 hrs IST.
