Cessation of Mr. Anoop Singh Gusain (ACS - 22023) as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and KMP of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 11th August 2026 due to transfer of his services within Group company. Consequent to this, Mr. Anoop Singh Gusain shall also cease from the category of ‘Senior Management Personnel’ of the Company w.e.f. said date. 2. Appointment of Ms. Varsha Singh (ACS - 73152) as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and KMP of the Company with effect from 12th August 2026. Further, Ms. Varsha Singh shall also form part of ‘Senior Management Personnel’ of the Company w.e.f. said date.
