"Upon completion of the liquidation process, the business operations of InfoBeans Technologies LLC will be managed through the Company's existing wholly owned subsidiary, InfoBeans Technologies DMCC. The proposed change is intended to enhance operational synergies and is not expected to have any material impact on the Company's business operations, customers or financial performance."
