Ms. Mayadevi Krishnavtar Kabra, a promoter of Disha Resources Limited, has acquired 2,44,448 equity shares, representing 3.34% of the company's paid-up share capital. This acquisition was an off-market inter-se transfer by way of a gift from Ms. Radhadevi Premnarayan Maheshwari, an immediate relative. Following this transaction, Ms. Mayadevi Krishnavtar Kabra's holding increased from 9.27% to 12.61% of the total share capital.
