SECY/S.E./2026-27 Date: June 23, 2026 BSE Limited Department of Corporate Services Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers, 25th Floor, Dalal Street, Mumbai – 400 001 Scrip code: 506854 Sub: Outcome of the meeting of the Fund-Raising Committee Dear Madam/ Sir, We wish to inform you that pursuant to the approval accorded by the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”), at its meeting held on January 9, 2026 and special resolution passed by the members of the Company by way of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on February, 23, 2026, the Fund-Raising Committee has, at its meeting held today, i.e., June 23, 2026, inter- alia, considered and approved the following: (a) approval and adoption of the preliminary placement document dated June 23, 2026 together with the application form dated June 23, 2026 in connection with the Issue; (b) approval and authorisation of the opening of the Issue today, i.e., June 23, 2026. (c) approved the floor price for the Issue, being ₹ 2090.34/- per Equity Share (“Floor Price”), based on the pricing formula as prescribed under the SEBI ICDR Regulations. We further wish to inform you that the Fund-Raising Committee has fixed the ‘Relevant Date’ for the purpose of the Issue, in terms of Regulation 171 of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2018 as amended (“SEBI ICDR Regulations”), as June 23, 2026 and accordingly the floor price in respect of the aforesaid Issue based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 176(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations is ₹ 2090.34/- per Equity Share. Pursuant to Regulation 176(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, the Company may at its discretion offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price so calculated for the Issue. The Issue Price will be determined by the Company in consultation with the book running lead managers appointed in relation to the Issue.
