Members are hereby informed that the Record Date for determining the entitlement of Members to receive the dividend for the financial year 2025‐26, as mentioned in the Notice, has been revised. Accordingly, the following shall be read in substitution of the existing disclosure in the Notice relating to the Record Date for dividend: Particulars As mentioned in the Notice Revised Record Date for determining Friday, July 31, 2026 Thursday, August 06, 2026 entitlement to receive dividend Accordingly, wherever the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive the dividend is mentioned in the Notice of the 16th AGM, it shall be read as "Thursday, August 06, 2026" instead of "Friday, July 31, 2026". Members may kindly note that this revision is applicable only to the Record Date for determining entitlement to the dividend. There is no change in the cut‐off date for determining the eligibility of Members to vote through remote e‐voting or at the AGM, the remote e‐voting schedule, the date and time of the AGM, or any other information contained in the Notice. This Corrigendum forms an integral part of the Notice of the 16th AGM and should be read in conjunction with the Notice.
