on 30th June 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015.
2. The Limited Review Report on the Financial Statements of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended on 30th
June 2026.
The following disclosures are being made in compliance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-
PoD2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, read with Circular No. 20250102-4 issued by BSE Audit
and Circular No. and NSE/CML/2025/02 issued by the National Stock Exchange of India Audit, both dated
January 2, 2025.

The Company has allotted 2,80,00,000 (Two Crores Eighty Lakhs) convertible warrants of face value of Rs.10 (Rupees Ten)
each at a price of Rs. 35/- (Indian Rupees Thirty-Five only) including a premium of up to Rs. 25/- (Indian Rupees Twenty-Five
Only) per warrant.
Warrants have been allotted upon receipt of 25% of the total consideration i.e. Rs. 24.50 crores (i.e. receipt of Rs. 8.75/- per
warrant - out of the total of Rs. 35/- per warrant) and are convertible into equal number of equity shares upon receipt of
the balance amount i.e., Rs. 26.25/- per warrant, within the stipulated time.
