Financial Highlights for the Quarter (Q1 FY27) - Prepared in accordance with Ind AS (‘Indian Accounting Standards’) ▪ Consolidated total operating revenue was ₹ 26,836 Mn for Q1 FY27 as compared to ₹ 15,073 Mn in the corresponding period of the previous year, reflecting a change of +78.0 % YoY and +3.5% QoQ. ▪ Consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹ 5,052 Mn, reflecting a margin of 18.8% as against ₹ 3,607 Mn in Q1 FY26, translating into a change of +40.0% YoY and -6.4% QoQ. ▪ Consolidated PAT stood at ₹ 2,073 Mn, reflecting a margin of 7.7% as compared to ₹ 1,961 Mn in Q1 FY26, translating into a change of +5.7% YoY and -9.2% QoQ. ▪ India operating revenue was ₹ 13,247 Mn for Q1 FY27 as compared to ₹ 11,326 Mn in the corresponding period of the previous year, reflecting a change of +17.0% YoY and +5.9% QoQ. ▪ Cayman operating revenue was ₹ 5,514 Mn for Q1 FY27 as compared to ₹ 3,968 Mn in the corresponding period of the previous year, reflecting a change of +38.9% YoY and -1.8% QoQ. ▪ UK operating revenue was ₹ 8,257 Mn for Q1 FY27, reflecting a change of +2.1% QoQ. As on June 30th, 2026, the Total Borrowings less Cash & Bank Balance and Investments were INR 19,671 Mn, representing a net debt to equity ratio of 0.42 (Out of which, debt worth US$ 115 Mn and GBP £150 Mn are foreign currency denominated).
