ISIN: INE191B01025 In continuation of our disclosure dated 24th July, 2026 informing the acquisition of an additional 51% equity stake in Welspun Captive Power Generation Limited (WCPGL) from Welspun Living Limited (WLL), a promoter group Company, comprising of 1,50,64,213 (One Crore Fifty Lakh Sixty-Four Thousand Two Hundred and Thirteen) equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, we wish to inform you that the aforesaid acquisition has been completed today. Consequently, WCPGL has become a subsidiary of the Company and the Company’s holding, together with its subsidiaries, in WCPGL has increased to 74%. This is for your information and records.
