Dear Sir,
Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
This is to inform that the Company had entered into a contract with Inland Waterways Authority
of India, Ministry of Shipping, Government of India (“Client”) for execution of Engineering,
Procurement and Construction of multi-modal IWT Terminal at Haldia, West Bengal (“Project”).
Disputes arose between the Company and Client due to which the Company has initiated
arbitration proceedings against Client vide letter dated 18th June 2026.
The Arbitration Tribunal has been constituted on 30th July 2026 comprising:
Retd. Justice Devi Prasad Singh, Former Judge, Allahabad High Court at Lucknow - Presiding
Arbitrator,
Shri Sanjay Kumar, Former Director (Operations), Kamarajar Port Ltd. - Co-Arbitrator and
Shri S. Soundararajan, Former Chief Engineer, Chennai Port - Co-Arbitrator.
The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 as amended read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-
POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A.
