The re-appointment of Pramit Jhaveri as an Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation, for a second term of five consecutive years commencing from 1 August 2026 and ending on 31 July 2031. 2. Rajiv Bajaj, Non-Executive Director of the Company, who was liable to retire by rotation, did not offer himself for re-appointment at this Annual General Meeting due to his increased professional commitments owing to additional responsibilities at Bajaj Auto Limited, effective upon conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting held on the 30 July 2026 (close of business hours).
