Disha Resources Ltd intimated an off-market inter-se transfer of 244,448 equity shares within its promoter group on June 19, 2026. Promoter Mayadevi Krishnavtar Kabra acquired these shares as a gift, increasing her shareholding from 9.27% to 12.61%. Simultaneously, Radhadevi Premnarayan Maheshwari, an immediate relative, disposed of the same shares, reducing her stake from 3.34% to 0%. This disclosure was made under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
