Unaudited Financial Results {Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter ended June 30 2026. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the said results. The aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective Meetings held today, i.e. Friday, July 31, 2026. We also enclose herewith copy of the Press Release published by the Company in this regard. 2. Annual General Meeting The Board approved the convening of the 35th Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of the Company on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM"). 3. Intimation of Record Date for payment of Dividend Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board has fixed Tuesday, September 15, 2026 as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of Members to the Dividend of f25 (Rupees Twenty-Five only) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, as recommended by the Board at its Meeting held on May 9, 2026. The aforesaid Dividend, if approved by the Members at the ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid on or after Friday, September 25, 2026 to the Members whose names appear in the Register of Members and to the beneficial owners of the equity shares as on the Record Date, based on the details furnished by the Depositories. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 14:30 P.M. (1ST) and concluded at 17:30 P.M. (1ST). The intimation is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.bluedart.com. The results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full fimrncial year ended March 31, 2026 and the unaudited published year to date figures up to December 31, 2025. 4. The Statutory Auditors have performed a limited review of the above Standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. There arc no qualifications in the limited review report issued for the above period. 5. The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and were thereafter approved by the Board at its meeting held on July 31, 2026.
