The Board of Directors approved the meeting schedule, which will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means. The official notice convening the AGM, along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, will be circulated to shareholders and submitted to stock exchanges in due course.
