This is to inform you that pursuant to Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 the 43rd Annual General Meeting of Members of the Company will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 11.00 A.M., IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). As per Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, (‘the Act’) read with the related Rules and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and including any statutory modification or amendments thereof for the time being in force. We also hereby inform you that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will be closed from August 17, 2026 to August 24, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (2025-26) and the record date for purpose of payment of dividend is Friday, August 14, 2026. Payment of dividend subject to approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further e-voting facility has been made available to all the Members of the Company. The details of e- voting are as follows: a) E –voting begins on Thursday,August 20, 2026 at 9.00 A.M.(IST); b) E –voting ends on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at 5.00 P.M.(IST); c) The cut-off date for determining the eligibility to vote in connection with the Annual General Meeting 2025-26 would be Friday, August 14, 2026.
