Ref: BSE Scrip Code: 544464 Respected Sir/Madam, Your good office has raised the query mentioned herein below: Discrepancies: Material Event is not disclosed to the Exchange within 24 Hours. (Submit reason for delay) SEBI Circular dated January 30, 2026 mention about continuous Disclosure Requirement for events that are deemed material or may apply materiality in terms of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Reply: The Company was required to submit the intimation of the material event within the prescribed timeline under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. However, due to an unforeseen technical issue in the Company's billing software/system, invoices could not be generated at the newly opened retail stores. As the generation of the first invoice was considered the operational commencement of the respective stores, the Company was unable to accurately determine the actual date of opening of the new retail outlets. The delay was purely inadvertent and occurred solely because of the technical issue. There was no intention to withhold any material information from the stock exchange or the investors. The Company remains committed to ensuring timely and continuous compliance with all applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
