Brief details of dispute / litigation: DISPL had advanced certain amounts to DCPlay inter-alia for procurement of used and refurbished Set Top Boxes (‘STBs’) and other services. Upon continued failure to comply with the agreed terms by DCPlay, DISPL has initiated arbitration proceedings for recovery / refund of Rs. 130 Crore, along with applicable interest. 2.
