Intimation for tripartite agreement between the Company, Old RTA and New RTA under Regulation 7 and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Ltd announced a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The company has replaced M/s. MAS Services Limited with M/s. Nivis Corpserve LLP, effective June 17, 2026. This administrative change follows a Board Resolution dated April 15, 2026. A tripartite agreement was signed on June 20, 2026, between the company, the old RTA, and the new RTA to formalize the transition of shareholder services.
