24TH AGM - Submission of Proceedings, Voting Results and Scrutinizers Report

Canara Bank held its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 23, 2026, through Video Conferencing. Shareholders adopted the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for FY2025-26 and approved the declaration of a dividend for the same financial year. Additionally, the appointments of Shri Sunil Kumar Chugh as Executive Director and Ms Shalini Pandit as Government Nominee Director were approved. All four agenda items were passed as ordinary resolutions, signaling smooth governance and continuity.
