Karur Vysya Bank announced the outcome of its board meeting, approving the 107th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for August 05, 2026. The board fixed Friday, July 24, 2026, as the record date for the proposed dividend for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Payment of the dividend, if approved, is expected on or after August 06, 2026. Additionally, 22,570 equity shares were allotted to senior management personnel under the KVB ESOS 2018 scheme as part of their variable compensation.
