Update on the impact of SION.

31.07.2026 BSE Limited Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Towers 25th Floor, Dalal Street Mumbai- 400 001 Dear Sirs, SCRIP CODE: 506532 Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, 2015- Revision of Standard Input Output Norms (SION) for Gelatin and Ossein-Update Ref: Our letter dated 05.06.2026 Further to the letter cited above, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Company has made representations to the DGFT through the industry body for restatement of the SION based on technical assessment. Further, the Company has evaluated the matter legally and understood that there is no financial Impact due to this revision. The customers for Ossein and Limed Ossein have agreed to absorb the obligation if any, in case the Company is liable to pay the Government due to shortfall in meeting the export obligation. Further from July 2026, the Company has started to import based on the Duty Drawback Scheme. Based on the current position, the change in the SION has no significant financial bearing on the Company.
