Shareholders meeting

Canara Bank held its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 23, 2026, and subsequently submitted the proceedings, voting results, and scrutinizer's report to the exchanges. Shareholders approved all four agenda items, including the adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY2025-26, the declaration of dividend for the same fiscal year, and the appointments of Shri Sunil Kumar Chugh as Executive Director and Ms Shalini Pandit as Government Nominee Director. All resolutions were passed as ordinary resolutions.
